this exercise you need a bar with weights. Stand upright on the floor with your feet slightly apart. Lean forward and grab the bar with your hands open at shoulder height. Lift the torso with the weight in your hands. Do it slowly and with your back slightly arched, until the bar is at your knees. Lower the bar again http://x4up.org/core-max-ultra/
